Yesterday I checked the nest and saw one of the three unable to turn over from it's back. Although mom was trying to help, still it looked bad. This morning I looked in and thought maybe it had died. They have added the twitter stream next to the image, and it explains that chick #3 was taken to a vet, but it died anyway.
When mom left for a few minutes just now, I noticed that at least one if not both of the others also seem to be getting caught on their backs. 2 peregrine chicks.png - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte) Maybe this is normal for such young ones. They hatched on May 6 and 7, so they are 8 and 9 days old now.

The twitter feed says the one that died was a male and the two remaining are females. They now appear to be doing fine. This morning I saw the male parent bring a pigeon and then the female parent flew off with it. Apparently she was too hungry to feed it to the chicks.
