This post is a little off subject, but the Welsh birds will follow this route. Here is tracking info for the UK birds as they head to Africa. The Google satelite images show just what route they take. I'm so impressed at what these birds do every year!!
Here's the Weekly Blog. Since these fledglings are so late this year, the Dyfi folks are having some additional fundraising competitions to keep the cameras on through Sept. 29. Take a chance on a Fish Count!! It seems no one can really predict ages when migrations begin-Nature's in charge! The streaming, captures and comments from this scenic site have been so much fun this year.

I wonder if Cerist misses her sister. She was on this observation branch then flew to another where she met up with some crows/ravens. Eventually they chased her off and she flew back to the safety of the nest tree.

The Dyfi Osprey Project FaceBook peeps do such a great job at updating their page with very informative updates with charts and amazing pictures. They certainly kept a great log book on this nest. This has been a fun nest to watch. Thanks to HbrgA for following and keeping RaptorCentral up on this nest from across the 'Big Pond'
